A Review of the Work of the MCV in 2013

As the New Year kicks off it is perhaps a good time to reflect on the great work undertaken this past year by the Mulkear Conservation Volunteers. In 2013, members of the Mulkear Conservation Volunteers participated in a total of 8 practical conservation outings, 2 training events and two days of survey work. In addition, volunteers participated in and supported 8 talks, 2 events during Heritage Week 2013, BioBlitz in the Burren National Park and other outreach events and fieldtrips. The fine summer weather made it a great year for practical conservation work throughout the Mulkear Catchment.
